By accessing or using Youlearns ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Youlearns lets you transform public YouTube playlists into structured personal courses with lessons, progress tracking, AI-generated summaries and Q&A, and shareable completion certificates. Video playback is provided through YouTube's official embedded player.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Youlearns offers a Free plan (with limits on the number of courses and AI features, but with completion certificates included) and a paid Premium Lifetime plan unlocking unlimited courses, all AI features, included credits, and access to the credit top-up shop. Prices and included quotas are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase; AI credits are consumable and may be replenished via the shop.
If you believe a charge was made in error or the Service did not work as described, contact support@youlearns.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
You agree not to: (a) submit playlists that violate YouTube's Terms of Service or applicable law; (b) attempt to download, scrape, or re-host YouTube content through the Service; (c) abuse, automate, or resell AI credits; (d) misrepresent your identity on issued certificates; (e) interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service.
AI-generated summaries, answers, and study aids are provided for convenience. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
Certificates issued by Youlearns acknowledge completion of a personal learning track you assembled from public videos. They are not accredited credentials and do not certify professional competence. Public verification links display the recipient name and course title.
YouTube content remains the property of its respective creators and YouTube. Youlearns owns the Service, the interface, and the original content we create. You retain ownership of the notes and personal content you create on the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or threaten the security or integrity of the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youlearns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
